Welcome to Regal Real Estate - a boutique brokerage serving the Central, Texas area.

After realizing the spread of our talents, this trio decided to combine our efforts and forge a modern, yet relaxed, brokerage. 2019 marks the start of our venture and we’re armed and ready to make it something spectacular. We thought it only necessary to introduce ourselves and get past all the stuffy candor.

Wade Goodwin

Texans fanatic. Daughter’s melodious troubadour. Real estate investment guru. Gummy worm aficionado.

Broker and leader of the pack. Wade lives, eats and breathes real estate. Don’t believe us? Ask him where he ventured off to when cutting high school class. Answer: the courthouse to pilfer through foreclosure records. It’s a lifelong passion and one he takes seriously. Friends and confidant’s rely on Wade for his expertise and quick solutions to negotiations and home renovations. When he’s not acting as Broker of Regal, Wade and his brother are busy taking on real estate investments and flipping houses. The man can swing a hammer.

Clint Jones

Husband & father of three. Prior lawyer, present developer. Whiskey connoisseur. Ranch & hunting romeo.

Clint started his career in international law in Houston, Texas. After a handful of years practicing law and serving as Regional General Counsel for a national home builder, he took his negotiation & contract skills to Austin to take on real estate development. Since then he’s helped craft big name residential subdivisions such as The Reserve at Lake Travis, Lakes Edge, and The Summit at Lake Travis under Regal Land Development. But don’t let the prominent glittering resume fool you, Clint is a fun-loving fella who can cut a rug with the best of them. You’ll often find him and his better half dancing the night away at Gruene Hall.

Morgan Goodwin

Sinatra darling & design addict. Momma, wife & painter. Champagne gypsy. Feline devotee.

She’s come a long way since recommending her parent’s paint their then-home canary yellow. Seriously, really far (she was only 10, folks). Morgan has a eye for spotting & turning diamonds in the rough into something brilliant. In 2018 she completed her first vacation rental, Havana Haus, located in downtown New Braunfels. In addition to helping run the brokerage and acting as agent, Morgan works in land development with Clint at Regal Land Development, does interior design on the side including renovations on the Goodwin’s 1920’s downtown craftsman home, is a momma, wife and artist. Clearly, a really good multi-tasker.
