Not only will getting pre-approved help navigate you to the right property, but also tells Sellers you’re a serious and ready buyer.

We provide the best options, set up showings, handle communications with Seller’s agents, and are on-site to answer any questions you may have.

Inspections & Appraisal

During escrow, we’re busy making sure you and your future investment are secure. This includes performing our due diligence via inspections and other various tests. We help order, schedule and make sure they’re completed on time. Once inspections are returned, we go over the results with you and help to devise a plan moving forward, including second-round negotiations with Sellers for required corrections. We’re also busy monitoring important contract and finance deadlines to make sure you’re covered every step of the way.


 

Closing

 

Our goal is simple: Getting you the keys to your new home as quickly and effortlessly as possible. We’re here to coordinate the activities of title companies, lenders, underwriters, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, contractors, and agents for you. During the closing process, we’re monitoring deadlines, making sure you’ve provided proper paperwork to the right individuals, confirming Seller-required repairs are made, and staying in regular contact with title companies to ensure your closing is on track. And we’re with you as you sign that dotted line, ready to pop the bubbly and celebrate!
